I like solar panels in parking lots.
Not in a save-the-world, let’s-all-go-off-grid way. Just… practically. They make sense.
It’s hot out here. Sometimes stupidly hot. And there’s something satisfying about pulling into a space and seeing your car tucked under a little stretch of shade that also happens to be powering something nearby.
It feels like a small win. Like whoever designed that lot actually thought about what it's like to exist in the real world. Not just concrete for the sake of concrete.
There’s something strangely peaceful about standing under those panels too. The hum, the geometric structure, the filtered light—it’s quiet in a way most parking lots aren’t.
